제출된 초록은 초록접수기간동안 웹사이트에서 수정하실 수 있으며, 제출된 초록은 학술위원회에서 심사합니다.
채택된 초록은 Oral 또는 E-Poster로 발표하게 되며, 초록집에 게재됩니다.

Abstract Format

Title : 최대 30단어

Body : 최대 300단어

  • 초록은 홈페이지를 통하여 접수가 가능합니다.
  • 초록은 반드시 "영어"로 작성해야하며, 2026년 2 월 28 일 (토)까지 Oral 또는 E-Poster를 선택하여 제출해야 합니다.
    (Graduate Students Seminar (GSS) 는 Oral 형식으로만 제출이 가능합니다.)
  • 초록접수 시, 텍스트의 오탈자나 문법 오류가 없도록 하는 것은 저자(author)의 책임입니다.
  • 제목은 간결해야하며, 추상적인 내용을 반영해야 합니다.
  • 초록본문은 반드시 초록본문은 반드시 5가지 항목 "Background, Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion" 으로 작성해 주십시오.
  • 초록본문에 사용할 수 있는 최대 단어수는 300 단어입니다.
  • 제출한 초록은 “My Page”에서 초록접수마감일(자정 전)까지 수정하실 수 있습니다.

  • 장기간 추적 관찰한 증례에 우선권을 부여한다.
  • 신원을 식별할 수 있는 사진 자료를 사용하는 경우, 환자동의서를 받아 보관하여야 한다.
    (환자에게 동의서를 받는 것은 저자의 책임이다.)
  • 모든 사진 자료는 컴퓨터 프로그램 등으로 교정, 수정해서는 안된다.
  • 간호학의 발전에 기여하고 회원들의 학술적 발전에 도움이 될 수 있는 내용을 포함하여야 한다.

Notification of Acceptance

  • 제출된 초록은 학술위원회의 심의를 거쳐 2026년 3월 31일 (화)에 발표자 및 교신저자 이메일 주소로 초록채택메일을 발송하여 채택여부를 안내해 드립니다.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • 초록채택 된 회원은 사전등록 마감일까지 등록하여야 발표가 가능하며, 기간 내 등록하지 않을 경우 초록 채택이 철회 될 수 있습니다.
  • 초록 철회를 원하시는 회원은 사무국으로 메일 주시기 바랍니다.

Abstract Submission

All Abstracts must be submitted online via “Abstract Submission” through the website no later than 23:59pm, February 28 (Sat) 2026 (KST).
Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Academic Affairs Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or E-posters and will be published in the abstract book.
Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstracts.

Abstract Format

Title : Max 30 words

Body : Max 300 words

  • All abstracts must be submitted online via the YINC 2026 website.
  • All abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted with as oral or E-poster presentation.
    (Please note that the Graduate Students Seminar (GSS) will be conducted in an oral format only.)
  • It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • Abstract titles should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
  • All articles should contain a brief, clear statement of the background (Background, Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of your work.
  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 words the submission system will not accept anything beyond that.
  • Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline on MY PAGE.
  • A confirmation of receipt of abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, the presenting author and corresponding author by e-mail upon their on-line submission.
  • Presenting author must register for the meeting by the end of regular registration, June 30 (Tue.) 2026

Structure

* An acceptable structure of an abstract must consist of the following components :

Structure
Purpose A statement of the hypothesis or research question
Methods An explanation of the study design and experimental methods used.
Results A concise summary of the major findings of the experiment or study. Sufficient data must be provided to permit evaluation by the reviewers and public reading the abstract. Statements such as "the data wil be discussed" are not acceptable.
Conclusion Summary of the overall findings and the importance of the study.
Remarks*
(Abstract Qualifications)
  • Include final data in your abstract.
  • Priority is given to specific evidence from a long-term research.
  • If your paper is about some specific surgical technique, please add some pre-op and post-op and post-op pictures indicating the effect of it.
  • Please check the list below prior to submission: Please attach a consent form obtained from a patient if a patient photograph is included in your abstract or presentation.
    (It is the authors' responsibility to obtain consent forms from patients.)
  • No changes or modifications are allowed in those pictures.
  • Corresponding author's contact details : Email address
  • Name(s) of presenting author and co-authors : First name(s) or initials of first name(s), family name (e.g. Sam Lee).
  • Affiliation details of all authors : Department, Institution/Hospital, City and Country.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting, corresponding and abstract submitting author by March 31 (Tue) 2026.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the regular registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the Academic Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
