* 학생 카테고리로 등록하시는 경우 별도의 증빙자료를 첨부하셔야 합니다. (학생증, 재학증명서)

* 일반 학생의 경우 일반대학원 간호학과, 간호전문대학원 학생만 해당됩니다.
* 연세대학교 소속 학생 카테고리는 신촌캠퍼스 소속 학부 및 대학원생만 해당됩니다.

등록비 납부여부는 'My Page'에서 확인하실 수 있으며, 등록비는 아래 2가지 방법 중 하나를 선택하여 납부하실 수 있습니다.

• 신용카드
  • 신용카드 결제는 온라인 등록 시스템을 통해서만 가능합니다.
  • 신용카드 영수증의 가맹점 명은 ‘KG INICIS’입니다.
• 무통장 입금
  • 계좌이체의 경우, 아래 계좌로 등록비 입금 해야 하며, 송금에 대한 모든 은행 수수료는 등록자가 부담해야 합니다.
  • 등록비 계좌이체 시, 입금자명과 등록자 명이 동일해야 확인 가능하며, 입금자명이 다를 경우 사무국으로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 결제가 완료되면 ‘Payment needed’ 에서 ‘completed’로 변경됩니다.
  • 결제 방법을 변경 할 경우, 사무국 (secretariat.yinc@innon.co.kr) 으로 문의 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 결제 완료 메일은 결제 후 3주 이내에 발송 될 예정이며, 완료메일을 받지 못하신 경우, 사무국 (secretariat.yinc@innon.co.kr) 으로 문의 주시기 바랍니다.

* Student registrants must provide proof of student status (student ID or certificate of enrollment).

You can check the payment status of your registration on 'My Page.'
Registration Fees can be paid using one of the following options :

• Credit Card
  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will appear as “KG INICIS.”
• Bank Wire Transfer
  • Bank transfer should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
  • Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
  • If your payment is completed, the Payment Status will change from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘completed’.
  • If you would like to change your payment method, please contact the Secretariat.
  • A payment confirmation letter will be sent within 3 weeks after payment is received.
    If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at secretariat.yinc@innon.co.kr

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided upon completion of registration.
A payment confirmation e-mail will be sent only after the payment has been successfully completed.
If payment is not completed, a payment confirmation e-mail will not be issued.

Registration cancellation can be requested through My Page on the conference website.
Please refer to the refund policy below.

• Pre-registration is available online only through the conference website.
• Receipts can be printed from My Page → Registration after completing registration.
